Manufacturer Responsibilities
- Manufacture container homes to standard or custom specs
- Readying container units for buyer-arranged pickup & delivery to buyer’s site
- (Custom Units Only) Ensure build accommodates buyer-specific appliance dimensions
Buyer Responsibilities
- Prepare the site with all necessary utilities, level foundation blocks or piers, and ensure truck can access site
- Hire local contractors to connect electric, septic, and water
- Purchase and install non-included furniture
- Hire local handyman to build and install any non-included furniture items (e.g., bed frame, additional closets)
- (Custom Units Only) Purchase & install non-included appliances
Containing Luxury will have your housing solution(s) built and ready for transport within 60-120 days of the finalization of your order for one
(1) to twenty (20) housing units.
Orders of 20+ container homes for planned communities of single-story, garden-style, apartment communities will require additional lead
time for manufacture.
